Claim

Action to claim, to demand, to express one's discontent towards a problem

Consent

The fact that each person agrees to the activity taking place, whether it is sexual intercourse, kissing or any other gesture of a sexual nature. ... The consent of the partners must be clear, free and informed. If these conditions are not met, it may be sexual assault.
